"Dave Failing and Jeff Iverson drew on years of professional experience and personal friendship when they decided on a joint business venture. Wyoming Millworks officially opens this week in the old mill on Wyoming Pond.

The two men, who have been friends since high school, believe they have found a niche by offering speciality services to small contractors. They retail wood trim, doors, windows, cabinet-grade lumber and basic building supplies. They also offer tiles, floor coverings and custom stairways. The men will be able to design custom kitchens on a computer.

Mr. Failing said he is getting out of the contractor business, but will continue to service all existing work.

A grand opening for Wyoming Millwork is planned for this summer."
